Shipping & Delivery Policy

TripByBid is a marketplace for travel services: flights, trains, buses, hotels and holiday packages. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so nothing is sent by courier or post. This policy explains how the services you buy are delivered to you.

1. What is delivered

After you pay for a booking, the travel agent books your trip and delivers its travel documents electronically: e-tickets, PNRs, hotel vouchers, package itineraries and booking confirmations.

2. How it is delivered

• The agent uploads your travel documents to the booking on the Platform, where you can view and download them from My Bookings.
• We notify you on the Platform when your documents are ready, and may also confirm delivery to the email address you registered with.
• You can message your agent about the booking at any time through Messages.

3. When it is delivered

• Travel documents are delivered as soon as the agent has booked your trip, as agreed with you on the booking, and in every case before your departure or check-in date.
• A holiday package is confirmed by the agent within 24 hours of your payment; its documents follow as described in the package.
• Please check your documents as soon as you receive them and verify the ticket on the booking. Verifying it completes the booking.

4. Delivery charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price you pay is the one shown in the price breakdown before payment.

5. If your documents do not arrive

If your travel documents have not arrived as agreed, message your agent and contact our support team with your booking reference. If the agent cannot deliver them, the booking may be cancelled and refunded in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by airlines, railways, bus operators, hotels or other travel providers.
